  Re-released on disc after years of being out of print, Orleans' 1994 Japanese-only CD release.
  
  The history:
  
  After a 3-year run as Nashville-based artists, Orleans took one of its longer sabbaticals towards the end of 1987. That time away was ended in October of 1990 when, at the urging of long-time friend, Robbie Dupree (and his Japanese connections), the band reunited for a weekend of shows at the Bearsville Theater just outside of Woodstock, NY. Those shows became what is now known as Orleans LIVE: Volumes 1 & 2.
  
  On the heels of that Japanese double-disc release, Orleans did 2 tours of Japan ... first in 1991 and again in 1994. With the backing of their Japanese label partners, the band launched into a frenzy of co-writing to create an album of new material for that market (at least).
  
  While we originally envisioned this as a world-wide release, Analog Men was released ONLY in Japan. Still, it became the starting point for the Ride album, which came out both in Japan and the US in 1996.
